  I would definitely stay here again. It was a ver comfortable place to stay. Great for single person or couple.

  The location was perfect, and it was quiet. Clean apartment and friendly staff

  No door on the bathroom, but it still worked out for my son and I. Needs new toaster also.

  Serious Warning – Health Hazard, Complete Misrepresentation, and Zero Responsibility from Both the Host and Booking.com I am writing this review to spare others from going through what we experienced. We booked the Dúplex Unico en Ópera - Palacio apartment in Madrid through Booking.com for four nights, paying approximately €475. We arrived with our six month old baby, a stroller, suitcases, and all the equipment needed for traveling with an infant. Within the first few minutes of entering the apartment, it became obvious that it was not fit for guests. The moment we walked in, we were hit by an extremely strong smell of dampness and mold throughout the entire apartment. I suffer from a severe mold allergy, making this a genuine medical risk for me. However, even without my allergy, the odor was overwhelming and impossible to ignore. On top of that, the cleanliness was unacceptable: * The sofas were dirty. * The floor was dirty. * The bathroom faucet, sink, and countertop were dirty. * Visible signs of mold were present. * Overall, it was obvious that the apartment had not been properly cleaned before new guests arrived. Before we had even unpacked our luggage, we realized that there was no way we could stay there with our baby. Then we discovered another serious issue. The listing completely failed to mention that the only access to the apartment is via a very steep, narrow staircase. We were traveling with a six month old baby and a stroller. This meant that every single time we wanted to enter or leave the apartment, we would have had to carry the stroller, our baby, and our luggage up and down those dangerous stairs. This is critical information that every guest deserves to know before making a reservation, especially families with young children, pregnant women, elderly guests, or people with disabilities. I photographed and filmed both the apartment and the Booking.com listing to demonstrate that this information was never disclosed.

  Appartamento delizioso. Posizione perfetta, vicino a gran parte delle attrazioni da visitare, accanto al Teatro Real e al Palazzo Reale e a due passi dalla Gran Via e a tanto altro. Il quartiere più distante è il Paseo del Prado con i musei ma raggiungibile facilmente con la metro. Ben tre fermate della metro vicinissime (Plaza Santo Domingo, Opera e Plaza de Espana), supermercato e altro a 200 metri, quartiere tranquillo ed elegante e silenzioso. E a duecento metri c'è anche la partenza di gran parte delle escursioni prenotabili su Booking (Avila, Segovia, Toledo, Escorial, ecc.).

  Per chi ha qualche problema di mobilità non è molto consigliato per via della scala che si restringe in curva che porta su in camera da letto e al bagno. Per tutti gli altri confermo appartamento delizioso.

  Un oasis dentro de una ciudad que va a toda prisa

  Muy hogareño a pesar de estar en el centro de la ciudad te hace sentir como un oasis dentro de una ciudad que va a toda prisa entras al piso y vives en un mundo paralelo tranquilidad paz todo muy bien, se extrañará estuve un mes y me acostumbre

  Quizás un detalle mínimo que el baño está en la segunda planta, pero es un detalle menor
