Great location, very clean and modern. Right in the heart of the Old Town, safe and convenient with everything you need.
My friend and I had such a lovely stay at Dusan Residence. The house is beautifully clean, modern, and very comfortable. We especially loved the location, right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything just a short walk away. We felt safe and at ease throughout our stay, and the house really had everything we needed. It was such a nice place to come back to after exploring Kotor. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!
Just a small suggestion for improvement: having a full-length mirror near the entrance would be great, and a bidet in the bathroom would be a nice addition.

Comfortable and neat.
Modern bathroom and furniture. Plenty of cupboard space.
No rack to hang wet swimsuits. When showering, the water messes out of the enclosed area, even with caution. The entrance, hallway and stairs leading up to the apartment, were terribly dirty!!! The pigeon poo on the outside of the windows are surely a potential health hazard. Not a good first impression to an otherwise wonderful stay.
