No running water and poor handling of the issue
Spacious room
We stayed at this hotel for one night. At approximately 10 PM, we discovered that there was no running water in our room, either from the taps or in the shower. We immediately reported the issue to reception and were told that a technician would be called. However, no one came, and the problem remained unresolved throughout the night and the following morning. There was still no water when we checked out. The hotel staff did not provide any alternative solution during the outage. At check-out, we raised the issue again and requested compensation. The hotel management initially refused, explaining that the water outage affected the entire village and was therefore considered force majeure. Although the water outage may have been beyond the hotel’s control, the way the situation was handled was the hotel’s responsibility. After lengthy discussions, the hotel eventually agreed to a 10% discount on our stay. No other compensation or solution was offered.

Amazing hotel that would not be out of place in any major wine area
I did not know to expect, but this place surprised me. I was travelling from Istanbul to Amsterdam by motorcycle, and needed a hotel that was close to the highway. It was immaculate: excellent staff speaking good English, very clean, and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent too.
The restaurant (where I had my breakfast) was a little bit lacking in atmosphere, but for the rest 100%.
