    Lovely and convenient location; but, not secure.

    The apartment was large and clean. The grounds were spacious and beautiful. Five minute walk to the mall and lots of places to eat. Had a small convenience store and grill on property.

    My room was burglarized. Had my Mac and three nice watches stolen. I asked the manager to call the Police. He didn’t. I went and got the Police. Upon further investigation; it was determined that the burglar came through the back window; which unbeknownst to me had a broken lock on it. The CC Camera was unplugged. The manager didn’t apologize, offer to fix the lock, offer me a slight refund. NOTHING! A couple other dealings with him that he took days to reply to or fix the problem.

    Quiet place in the city.

    It is convenient to be able to cook and the apartment is located next to the city mall, Everything works as it should and the environment is quiet, like out in the countryside yet it is right in the middle of everything. I enjoy watching the farm animals going about their day. Good value and I recommend for anyone visiting Dumaguete.
