WARNING: Misleading listing and unacceptable AC restrictions
Location next to the metro
I strongly advise against booking this apartment due to the host's dishonest practices. The property is advertised with air conditioning as an included amenity, but upon arrival, you are greeted with a major catch: the central AC is completely shut off throughout the entire building from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM every single night. This crucial restriction is nowhere to be found in the listing description. You only discover this "surprise" after checking in, despite paying premium rates for an essential service you cannot use overnight. During intense heatwaves, sleeping under these conditions was virtually impossible—and the fans offered by the host do nothing to solve the problem. Opening the windows is also not an option due to street traffic noise and thin curtains that let in all the streetlight. When I confronted the host and requested a partial refund for missing amenities, he deflected all responsibility and told me to contact customer support. I reported the issue to the platform, and they instructed him to update his listing. I purposefully waited nearly 10 days before writing this review to give the host the opportunity to update the listing conditions as requested. However, he still has not changed a single detail. This clearly shows that he has no intention of correcting it, believes he is in the right, and intentionally continues to mislead future guests. While the apartment is centrally located and renovated with the bare minimum, charging hotel-level prices without functioning overnight AC is unacceptable.

Host super gentile e disponibile, posizione ottima, casa comoda e accogliente
L'aria condizionata di notte si stacca in automatico, quindi diventa molto caldo, ci sono 2 ventilatori ma non bastano a rinfrescare, ho dovuto aprire le finestre, il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturata

No overnight A/C - not recommended for summer visits.
Nicely renovated apartment except for bathroom which was original 70’s style. Close to metro station and away from tourist areas which meant experiencing Rome amongst local people. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Centrally controlled A/C finished at 10pm and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on hot nights, even with the portable fans that were provided. Quite a bit of noise and ambulances from busy main road. No microwave as in the photos. Washing machine is available but need to bring own detergent- at this price I expect detergent to be provided. Not recommended to stay during summer, but good choose in other seasons.
