Alex at the front desk was great - very helpful and a real gentleman. We really appreciate his advice and help to book transportation to the airport.

The room was a lot nicer than you would assume looking at the building. Pleasantly surprised. The staff and service was 5 star. They were very attentive. We asked for water and it was delivered within 5 mins. Nice play to stay near airport. Shuttle service to airport for 20 euro cash which was 1/3 the price of a uber or taxi which was very convenient.

Had a nice quick stay at the Rome airport for one night. Only issue were the transportation options which we had to figure out on our own. For future reference the Best Western next store offers a shuttle that can be reserved in advance for E8 per person each way. Also the public bus for E7 goes right to the hotel. They also offer a shuttle service for E20 each way but we couldn’t get a hold of him when we tried. Overall good option for an overnight before a flight from Rome.

Close to the airport. A couple of great options for dinner within a 5 minute walk. Room was clean and staff was very helpful!
