Sans ces désagréments le lieux est bien situé et agréable pour prendre ces repas sur la terrasse
L'appartement est propre et grand. Belle terrasse bien protégée. Linge de toilette bien.
La clé était sur la porte d'entrée personnes pour nous accueillir et personnes pour le départ avec aucune communication de la part du propriétaire. La serrure de la porte d'entrée était pas très fonctionnelle, nous avons du appeler 2 fois à notre arrivée. A revoir. Le compartiment freezer du frigidaire était complètement givré et poignée abimée, voir photo. Pas de bac à glaçons avons du en acheter un. Il n'y avait pas de grill pain et cafetière ,digne de ce nom, comme mentionné dans le descriptif. Le mobilier de la terrasse n'est pas conforme aux photos de l'annonce, la table et chaises un peu vieillottes et de plus les chaises longues sont endommagées, voir mes photos. C'est trompeur... Le sèche linge est un peu vieux et il manque des épingles à linge. Une lumière extérieure était grillée heureusement qu'il y avait 2 colonnes qui fonctionnaient. Je pense qu'il y aurait besoin d'une remise en état et d'un suivit.

Guter Kontakt mit Vermieter und unkomplizierter Check-In und -out. Große Wohnung, funktionierende KlimaAnlage, vollständige Ausstattung (Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer etc.). Privater kostenfreier Parkplatz in 2Minuten Fußweg vorhanden (ca. 200m). Kontakt mit Vermieter via WhatsApp problemlos möglich. Preis-Leistung insgesamt OK.
Es war Schmutzig. Die gesamte Wohnung roch nach Rauch. Der Rauch sitzt schon in den Wänden, man bekommt ihn auch nicht durch lüften raus. Die Fenster sind so klein, dass man nur durch die Klimaanlage einen Durchzug schafft. Es waren Essensreste in der Spüle, der Ofen war sehr schmutzig und die Dichtung defekt, so wie auch der Mokka-Kocher und Arbeitsplatten schmutzig waren. Es waren Flecken auf dem Bettlaken, sowie Decke und Kissen, sowie Asche-Flecken/Brandflecken auf der Couch. Eine benutzte Shisha inkl. Zubehör stand im Schlafzimmer auf dem Schrank. Der Kühlschrank war sehr schmutzig. Es waren überall Ameisen und Ameisenstraßen. Die Dusche ist abgenutzt gewesen, sowie die Lüftung im Bad sehr staubig war. Die Matratze war entweder durchgelegen, kaputt oder umgedreht. Aufjedenfall sehr unbequem.
