חוויה טובה ביחס מעולה עבור המחיר
צוות המלון היה אדיב מאוד, נתנו לנו להשאיר את המזוודות כמה שעות אחרי הcheckout, היו קשובים לכל שאלה שלנו, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מעולה, המלון נגיש מאוד לעיר והכל במרחק הליכה, מלון טוב למי שרוצה לחפש מקום שקט אבל בכל זאת להיות במרכז העניינים
הלובי יחסית קטן ואין מקום לשבת חוץ מכמה מהכורסאות בלובי, היה נחמד אם היו חללים נוספים שאפשר לשבת בהם במלון עם שולחן קטן על מנת לעבוד, המעליות קצת קטנות

The hotel should get new clean furniture. Location and breakfast were really nice.
I really liked the location and the over all design of the hotel. Their breakfast was really nice as well as their staff serving the breakfast.
I had the main issue was how dirty looked the room in sense of spots on both chairs. How carpet on the hallway looked really dirty. Also after 1st night I had spots on my body as if something bite me. First I thought it was mosquitos, but it didn't look like it at all. To my understanding it could be something like bedbug cause it was itchy and on different parts of my body and way smaller bites as mosquitos. Also the towel had hole in it. I find it weird, they don't care about anything in that the client comes in contact with. When I complained next day at the reception, they said they are sorry for my inconvenience, but said cannot do anything - no new room cause they are booked out no nothing.. I said it was question of hygiene, not my comfort. They didn't even change for new sheets (just made my bed 'new' with the same sheets I slept in) or didn't propose any other way to help me out.. As I had no other place to go, I had to stay, for another night. Sadly, I must admit I won't be coming back to this place. The hotel itself looks nice visually and the location is also great, but clearly they don't want to invest in clean new things.. I am aware the hotel was very good at price and the breakfast were also really great, but to not feel good in a room, I wished I would choose differently. Wish them all the best, hopefully they can adjust and update something for newer in the future.
