Место сказочное, в замке среди леса, необычно, высоченные потолки, атмосфера уютная, персонал очень дружелюбный , завтрак хороший, есть стоянка.
Нет чайника в номере и нет возможности приготовить кофе, из кухонной утвари только стаканы, нет полочки в душе для ванных принадлежностей

lokalita je perfektná, hneď z ubytovania môžete začať vašu turistiku, pobyt na zámku je zážitkom, v zámku je pôvodné vybavenie a nábytok, naozaj pôsobí historicky
prestieranie v reštaurácii (obrusy) by sa mohli vymeniť za nové. Nemala som z nich pocit, že sú úplne čisté

Wenn das als 4-Sterne-Hotel durchgeht, gibt es andernorts 10-Sterne-Hotels!
- die Lage direkt am/im Wandergebiet Hruba Skala, Ausblick auf Felsen - Nachtruhe - das geräumige Zimmer mit gut laufender Heizung - das große Bett mit schön harter Matratze - das leckere Schloss-Bier (aus Brauerei in Turnov) im Restaurant - das relativ gute Frühstücksbüffet - das nette Restaurantpersonal
- die überhaupt nicht schließende "Vortür" und die nicht luft-und schalldicht schließende Zimmertür! - der dilettantisch verlegte Teppich, durch den die Badtür nur mit Kraft geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann - der komische Geruch im Bad (von Abfluss und/oder Putzmittel?) - keine Wasserflasche zumindest am 1.Tag (wahrscheinlich gibt es stattdessen Kärtchen für Willkommensdrink) - kein Wasserkocher auf Zimmer - bei nur einer Nacht Aufenthalt brauche ich persönlich keine Zimmerreinigung, aber dass anscheinend gar kein Zimmerservice vorgenommen wird, ist schon auffällig (aber vielleicht neuerdings normal?) - keine frischen Tischdecken im Restaurant! (wenn es - wie durch Zufall mitbekommen - Probleme mit der Reinigung gibt, sollte das den Gästen zumindest kommuniziert werden!) - Extrakosten für Sauna-/Dampfbadnutzung - Check-out an Rezeption ohne zumindest Nachfrage, ob Aufenthalt in Ordnung war ...
