  Tudo excelente, só não saia do combinado..

  O quarto é ótimo, cozinha super equipada e sala espaçosa. Hotel muito bem localizado em Eagle Beach, muito próximo à praia e a um mercado excelente. A localização é excelente para relaxar ou viagem em família, tem poucas opções de bares e restaurantes.

  Apesar de nossa estadia ter sido maravilhosa, o último dia foi um pesadelo. Nosso voo era à noite e o check out às 11h da manhã. Penso que o ocorrido foi em parte nossa culpa, pois deveríamos ter reservado por uma diária a mais. No entanto, a postura do hotel foi totalmente indiferente aos problemas alheios. Pouca ou nenhuma vontade de ajudar. Solicitamos late checkout pois estávamos com uma criança de 2 anos, mas não houve acordo. Tentamos fechar outra diária, porém falaram que mesmo assim tinha que sair do quarto e retornar às 16:00 para o novo check in). Nos ofereceram meia hora no hospitality room, para tomar banho e trocar de roupa. Mas o quarto estava no avesso, sujo, cheio de toalha no chão, bolsas e resto de produtos de outros hóspedes. Uma nojeira. Ao questionar a recepção, me disseram, "muita gente usa". Lamentável. Funcionários da recepção, em sua maioria, ríspidos e mal preparados. Quando pedi o late checkout, não souberam me responder e precisei ficar na praia ao lado do celular, pois iriam me ligar. Sinceramente..

  Great Location, but plenty of things to improve

  The location was good and the facilities were nice. We had fairly close access to one of the best beaches in Aruba plus the hotel is close to super foods, a huge supermarket where you can buy plenty of food. The breakfast was good and they were kind and helpful.

  The bad part of our trip was our first night, when we decided to go to the restaurant that is close to the adults pool. We ordered a pizza and waited over 30 minutes, after seeing how every other customer got their food before us we asked the waiter if it would take any much longer. He said that it was about to come. After another 20 minutes we were already angry. We stood up and went to another waiter to tell him that we no longer the pizza. The original waiter came out of the kitchen and just said that there had been a problem with the pizza and that if we didnt want it we could just leave. He didnt even apologize. We ended up going to pizza hut to eat there. We never ate there again. Another thing that we didnt like was thr location of our room. It was at the corner of the whole resort on a fourth floor and with only one elevator in the centre of the hotel. Plus, one of the days it looked like the cleaning personnel only went to make up the beds and thats it.

  Volvería al mismo hotel y lo recomiendo

  La habitación enorme . Tal cual se muestra en las fotos . Muy cómoda. Quizás el baño faltó un poco de limpieza. Un punto a favor es que te ofrecen una habitación de cortesía para ducharte y cambiarte cuando dejas el hotel .

  Resulta raro como algunos empleados te tratan . No son tan cordiales como uno espera .
