Clean, quiet, and a nice walk from the town itself. (30-40 mins)
The B&B portion was make-your-own breakfast, and since the Rainbow Market is right down the street, if you are craving something they don't have in-house you can go and grab it. I thought the staff was very accommodating and friendly!

Big room, comfy bed. Quiet residential area. Good access to amenities.
Noisy (thin walls). 5 travellers, each had their room. We didn't feel a warm atmosphere as we normally experience in B&Bs. We expected a B&B as advertised, not to have to cook our breakfast and clean our dishes. Food provided was nothing special, we supplied with our own.

Felt like a bait and switch by new manager Andrea
At eagle close bnb itself it was clean. However their bad management by Andrea left a bad taste. See below
After confirmation for eagle close exec bnb I was asked to stay at their sister bnb Tall Trees by Manager Andrea Pollock, "have noticed that we are overbooked on our end..... so we wanted to move your reservation to our sister property - Tall Trees B&B." Shock horror , the tall trees they asked me to review via website is not even close to the actual when we got there (photo attached) and no where close to eagle close exec bnb in condition nor neighbourhood cleanliness. So I didn't stay at Tall Trees.
