    The unit was fine for a night but we wouldn’t stay again.

    The location was good and the amenities were helpful, having a washing machine and kitchen.

    The beds were entirely too hard and very uncomfortable therefore we didn’t get a good nights sleep. The drain in the shower didn’t drain properly and the bottom of the shower filled with water, real gross when you run it to get the water hot and other peoples hair is floating around.

    Beautiful Surroundings, but the Accommodation Was Disappointing

    The surrounding area is pleasant and offers beautiful scenery. Whale watching is a real highlight. If you are patient and spend some time looking out over the ocean, you may be lucky enough to spot whales breaching in the water. The beds were surprisingly comfortable

    We were disappointed upon arrival, as the holiday unit no 1 did not match the impression we got from the Booking.com listing. Instead of enjoying an ocean view, the property is situated right next to the back road, which was not what we had expected. The unit feels tired and worn, with a stuffy, musty smell as soon as you enter. The overall impression is that the property is set up purely for rental purposes rather than guest comfort. The carpet is worn and dirty. We couldn’t walk around barefoot without our feet getting dirty, which was unpleasant. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to use the internet comfortably. The appliances are cheap and dated. The refrigerator hums constantly, which is quite annoying, and the range hood did not work The property is quite far from restaurants and local amenities, and it is not within walking distance of the town or nightlife. Eden is a very quiet town with limited activities, and most places close early. There is not much happening in the evening.
