Было очень холодно в квартире , не смотря на то, что Алекс позаботился о нас и принес обогреватель, все равно в квартире было очень холодно и это создавало дискомфорт

Overall quite good.
Great location and well maintained. Has everything you need. Super quiet place. Even though there was a problem with the toilet but it was fixed promptly on time. Kudos to the owner for the property.
The roller blinds were so difficult to operate I struggled to adjust them also because in some parts were broken. Suggesting to change it.

The apartment was amazing. Enough stuff for living a few days in and very clean.
