    Berbat ev sahibi

    Kapının önünde uyuşturucu kullanan insanlar vardı. Kalırken buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Yardıma kimseyi göndermediler ama önemsemedim. Tesiste konaklamamız bittikten sonra ülkeme döndüğümde asla iletişime geçmediler maillere telefonlara dönmediler. Faturamı istiyorum mesaj atıyorum ama kesmediler. Şirketten konaklama ücretimi alabilecekken faturam olmadığı için alamadım. Berbat bir deneyimdi.

    It was overall a nice flat

    Check-in: hectic Check-out: the checkout was at 10:00 am and at 9:30 am I was already receiving phone calls to give the keys back and bangs on the door. Then I was told I could stay 1 more hour but the cleaners were let inside, and ofc I couldn’t do anything anymore

    Vos services m'ont envoyé un mail de confirmation avec un code qui n'a pas fonctionné auprès de l'épicerie qui devait me remettre la clef. Nous avons alors contacter vos services qui à deux reprises nous ont raccroché au nez. pour finir au bout du troisième appel votre collègue nous a donné la code de la clef de secours pour le ménager et nous avons pu finalement entrer dans l'appartement. (ce même jour nous avons du annuler 2 réservations, la première pas d'eau chaude dans l'hotel, et la deuxième bien plus grave, il y avait des punaise de lit). j'ai demandé à ce que BOOKING fasse un geste commercial sur cette dernière réservation à Londres. j'attends toujours le retour.
