Comfy flat for a few days
The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is very spacious and easily accommodates 4–5 people. It includes a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. There is a bus stop nearby, and the metro stations (West Brompton and Earl's Court) are a 10–15 minute walk away. Several local and international shops and restaurants can also be found within a few minutes' walk. Louis was extremely helpful whenever we ran into an issue - replied almost immediately every time and helped us out. Communication was great.
Since it is an older building, it could use a couple of minor repairs. The apartment is in the basement down a short flight of stairs—it would probably help people get down more easily if there were a handrail, for example. Also, since the place is great for hosting up to 4–5 people, it would be good to have more than just one key. Something that might be bothersome for light sleepers: you can frequently hear the upstairs neighbor walking around and their dog barking in the evening and at night.

appartamento spazioso e comodo al seminterrato
Appartamento spazioso con tre camere comode e belle ampie in posizione vicino alla metropolitana. Cucina ampia e dotata di ogni accessorio possibile, compreso le bustine di the è caffe per la mattina. Soggiorno nella media ma con smart tv con diversi programmi di intrattenimento disponibili. Bagni puliti nuovi e doccia molto bella e confortevole. ottima la pulizia. La possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in appartamento fino alle 14.30 è veramente comodo
L'appartamento era al piano seminterrato, non indicato nella presentazione, con scalini difficili da fare per una persona anziana che ci accompagnava e una macchina che parcheggiava davanti agli scalini rendendo difficile l'entrata e l'uscita. L'appartamento era molto umido e freddo alla mattina. Le spiegazioni per il ritiro delle chiavi non erano molto precise abbiamo dovuto telefonare per chiedere spiegazioni ( bisogna ruotare la manopola)

Un po' scomoda la mancanza di una porta divisoria tra un bagno e la camera doppia in cui è inserito
