    A true gem, an exceptional host and a thoroughly unforgettable stay. 10/10 all day long!

    Wow, where to begin? From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere special. The building is absolutely beautiful, full of style and character, and everything is spotlessly clean. It is clear that an incredible amount of care, pride and attention to detail has gone into making such a special place for guests to stay. And then there’s the host, who is simply fantastic! Warm, welcoming and genuinely wonderful, David went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It’s that personal touch that turns a lovely place to stay into an exceptional experience. As for the breakfast, it was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared and the perfect start to the day. We’ve stayed in plenty of places over the years, but this one has genuinely raised the bar. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful building to the immaculate accommodation and outstanding hospitality.

    East Cliff B & B Preton-- Exceptional

    Location was great for our needs and wishes. The property was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. David the host was exceptional, friendly and nothing was a problem to him. He said" you arrived as guests and left as friends" Couldn't agree more. Highly recommended.

    Beautifully decorated, delightful host, close to everything.

    Where to start? David is just gorgeous, very generous and accommodating, he makes you feel right at home. He has amazing taste and this is reflected in the styling of his home. It is truely magnificent, l could get lost for hours just looking at art and trinkets. Breakfast was yoghurt, granola, fruit and freshly baked croissants, with orange juice and coffee. Located next to the most lush park, walking distance to shops and the station. Will definitely be coming back.

    David is a great host but more importantly a genuinely nice guy aswel. I loved the decor and design of the property. Enjoyed breakfast and would definitely return 👍
