    The apartment is on the first floor. The entrance is from the backyard of the house. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable.

    Walls are thin and you can hear everythin, and whoever lived upstairs were very loud. The owners have too many rules, which are posted all over the apartment, no matter where we go. This hasn’t happened in any of the apartments we’ve stayed in. The garbage collection policy is unclear. At the same time, the rules state that a $40 fine is charged for incorrect garbage sorting. Please write out the garbage collection rules if you’re going to charge fines. Laundry is only possible from the second night of stay. We have no desire to return to these apartments.

    We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect. The location is excellent—quiet, convenient, and close to everything we wanted to visit. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always checked if we needed anything or if there was any way to help. We felt very comfortable and at home throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

    Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations.
