Very disappointing .
The studio was clean.
Description says 100 feet to beach, not a sand box. Balcony view was of a wall. Air conditioner would not get cooler than 75-77 degrees. (Complained to the owner and the leasing company , with the statement “I’m sorry but that’s all we can do”. Had to pay for parking at the beach which was a 20 minute drive away. Dogs barking and loud people upstairs, sounded like they were moving furniture all night. Only 1 elevator working for such a big /busy place . Contacted several times as a reminder to make sure that I was out of the studio on time. (That’s annoying when you are trying to relax , along with the hot room!) very misleading over all. When I contacted to talk about the issues, I was told that they were “sorry they couldn’t assist my needs”.

The property was just as described. Cozy, clean with everything you need for a stay. If you are looking for a room with a nice view of the beach, this is not the room for you. That being said the beach, pools and views from them are beautiful and literally just a 30 second walk around the corner once you walk out of the door.
