Disappointed that occupants in adjoining unit weren't screened as per your clearly stated policies.
Location beautiful. Suite beautiful. Manager Julie helpful at check in and arrival. She did a last minute errand for us when we pointed out that the kitchen did not have a fire extinguisher. Not sure if she was authorized to allow occupancy (next door) by an over large group that did not meet the occupancy requirements and were clearly having a large event/party(not allowed in the policy) in excess of allowable numbers of occupants.
The one bedroom suite was advertised as soundproofed. It was not. It shared a common wall with the larger house which accommodated / authorized 10people. During our stay there were from 6 to 8 cars with approx 2 people each from Friday night to Sunday AM. There were also 2 people tenting on the lawn.There was a party on Sat night with a very loud sports game on TV and many more than 10 people were yelling and cheering every 3 or 4 minutes and it was very audible to us in our LR/dining area. They started around 4:30 and did stop at 10, but clearly were not complying with the registered guests only, no events/parties policy stated on the website.The manager is not resident on site and we needed to vacate for most of the evening to get some peace.

It was quiet with gorgeous surroundings
Compared to other places we have stayed at, there were a Few amenities missing like measuring cup and spoons but generally a great place. The tv is a smart tv with no subscriptions

Wonderful views and a perfect house for a family gathering- well equipped and responsive host .
Wonderful views , particularly for watching the Sunset down by the water . Perfect for family gathering . Very clean
Some blinds challenging .. so ended up keeping most of them shut which was a shame .
