    Lovely room run by lovely people.

    Cannot fault this lovely B&B. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and would certainly stay there again. Liz and her husband go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The room is spotless and very comfortable. Parking is on the property and safe.

    Excellent location and accommodation.

    Conveniently close to the A63 linking to M62 and to Hull/Hessle/Anlaby. Quiet location. Warm and friendly host.

    It did what I needed as I was up in Yorkshire for a very short stay.

    Breakfast was fine. Bed was comfortable.

    It's a bit remote from public transport.
