    Such a superb place to enjoy

    Stunning architecture Superb location Staff went over and above - eg getting local drinks from downstairs area An intern Irfan at Sarkies was particularly impressive.

    Rather narrow driveway ( with relatively wide mediam strip ) in insite carpark

    The staff are exceptionally warm and charming. The Heritage Wing has an old world ambience with spacious rooms and comfortable surroundings. It looks Raffles-like, but it has a more homely-lived in feel. I really enjoyed staying here because of its understated character and tranquility.

    Relaxing luxury & comfort. Would stay again!

    Excellent room, breakfast buffet and gym. The Concierge was also very helpful.

    Some of the restaurant staff couldn’t speak or understand English very well. Overall standard of waiters was average and not what we expected for such a high quality (and expensive) 5-Star hotel.
