  Would stay again

  The location was pretty good, a shop and a few chippers nearby and a 5 minute taxi into the city. The staff were brilliant and very quick at replying, I'd highly recommend this accommodation!

  The toilet on the ground floor is damaged and not cleaned

  Staircase carpets is dirty, all the flooring are damaged and dirty not clean.

  Unpleasant & very disappointed with vendor and booking.com that this property is available on their site. Unpleasant

  The location was ideal for what we needed it for.

  As we arrived the bins outside were overflowing with rubbish. The rooms were not as described. One was said to be a twin room but the beds were pushed together to make a double. The locks on the bathroom doors were dodgy and the general feel of the place was not clean. Sticky marks on the dining room table, dog excrement in the courtyard. The drains overflowed whenever the upstairs shower was used. We weren’t even left a tea towel for drying dishes. The cistern on the toilet upstairs was not as stable as it should be. Dirty marks all over the walls and doors. On the first night we were there one of the futon beds collapsed with its single occupant thrown to the floor. (Lucky not to sustain an injury). We then noticed broken slats of wood under the bed. Lights not fixed to the ceiling properly with wires hanging. Overall we were really disappointed. We payed £682 for two nights for this so not no money. I feel also disappointed that booking.com feel this is an appropriate place to endorse. The potential health hazards were many.

  The staff was very helpful, but the house could be better maintained.

  The staff was truly kind and helpful in every situation, even with matters unrelated to the stay.

  Unfortunately, the house is not very well maintained or particularly clean. The beds are only one-and-a-half size for two people.
