  Would expect better.

  The kitchen was modern and had good fridges, microwave oven etc. Tower fans were provided which were appreciated. Responded speedily when we had a door issue and sent people over. The location was good and very close for a Legoland visit.

  In general the house was not in an excellent condition. Garden is very untidy and cigarette stubbs at back and front. Suitcase holders as chairs?! One shower did not drain well, bathroom was ok but toothpaste marks in bathroom cabinet for example so not 100% clean. Kitchen did not have too many plans and cutlery a but grubby. Only one bin bag provided. Overflowing outside bin upon arrival which thankfully was emptied next day. Smoke alarms removed in bedrooms with wires hanging down, dirty carpet, marked walls. Patio door did not lock so in the end a team member just managed to jam shut. This meant we had to access garden through a bedroom which was not ideal. Garden shared with house next door (also hired out) We experienced no issues but just FYI.

  The size, 4 bedrooms

  No chairs outside, suitcase holders. Internet sometimes. Kitchen utensils need updating/replacing. Didn't have a frying pan. Not enough mats at the table for 7/8 people to eat. We also had our cars blocked in could get out fir a while, neither could the house next door

  The kitchen was large and well equipped although there wasn't a bottle opener in there.

  Most importantly, the smoke detectors are none existent in most of the rooms, I would've thought this is a huge safety issue and goes against the standards set for renting a house out. The showers were very poor in all rooms. The beds should all have mattress protectors on, there were visible stain marks on the mattresses. There is outside space but no chairs to sit on, there was what looked like suitcase holders out there but you couldn't sit on them comfortably. Also, the garden is very overgrown causing quite a lot of flies and other flying insects to be a bother to us while sitting out. The sitting room is not fit for it's purpose, this is a four bedroomed house with a capacity of 8 people staying there but only three people can sit comfortably on the sofa, I know there's a dinning table with chairs in there as well but they were not comfortable to sit on when you all want to sit down and have a chat. The sofa also wasn't that comfortable and had stains on it. The location wasn't good either as we had to catch a bus or get a taxi to go anywhere Lastly and just as importantly to us, you couldn't get terrestrial channels on the TV ie- with the World Cup on atm we couldn't watch one match, not good when most of our party are all football lovers, we were all very disappointed in this.

  Awesome place to stay

  Clean very well kept place. Great facilities and great place to stay.

  Internet was very hit and miss at times and the key for front door you had to pull out a little to open door.
