Flexible teams for check-in on arrival and departure

The air conditioning wasn’t working; as the flat was on the top floor under the roof, this made the first night unbearable in the middle of August with the heat. After I complained, the staff moved me to another room, which was a bit bigger but didn’t have a bath. I would have preferred to have been told about the fault in advance; that would have saved me from wasting a day in Milan.
