A set up and money steal (for now) with Ai chat bot.
Property is a scam, they don’t communicate via living person but a chat bot, in emergency as we encountered in the middle of the night there was no contact. We never entered the premises (if there are any) and booked a hotel room to survive the night. Book on your own risk here!
Never entered the property if it exist at all. We are opening dispute with Booking for this one.

You just have to make peace with all that just becouse it’s Italy in which i’m in love
The one and only valuable thing was the location.
Everything was dirty, especially the sofa,we’ve covered it with towel so we could seat. The bathrooms were critically dirty, they smelled awfull,we’ve showered with cold water every single day,the doors were broken, the bathroom one coudn’t even close. It’s not even similar with the pictures.

Enjoyable stay in a great location.
Fantastic location, close to the centre, yet quiet. Spacious and well appointed apartment. Clear instructions for entry.
Some door handles were broken or loose and one of the fans didn’t work. The property needs a deep clean, as although sheet, towels bedding all clean, under beds and showers needed cleaning.
