Tolle Wohnung aber leichte Mängel
Super Lage, geräumige und gemütliche Wohnung, bequeme Betten, große Badezimmer.
Die Spülmaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Dreckiges Besteck in der Schublade. Müll in der Kommode in einem der Schlafzimmer. Teilweise sind die Räume schlecht beleuchtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war mangelhaft, auf Nachfragen und Beschwerden wurde nicht reagiert (Meldung der defekten Spülmaschine).

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, perfekt für eine größere Gruppe oder Famile, auch für eine längere Zeit.
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super funktioniert, die Haustüre ließ sich über einen Link am Handy öffnen, die Schlüssel waren in einem Schlüsselsafe neben der Wohnungstüre. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist gut ausgestattet, auch zum Kochen und Essen, wir haben aber in den umliegenden gemütlichen Lokalen gefrüstückt oder einen Aperitivo genommen. Auch ein Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Das Appartment ist perfekt gelegen, direkt an der M3 Porta Romana, von wo aus man in kürzester Zeit alle interessanten Orte der Stadt erreichen kann. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

Good apartment with very disappointing checkin
The location is good and the beds are comfortable
The rating is low because when we got to the apartment at 15:00, the cleaning staff only started cleaning the apartment. Everything was still dirty and there was trash everywhere from the people who stayed there before. Unfortunately nobody told us and when we communicated with the owner of the flat they didn‘t even own up to it but blamed it on the cleaning service firm. Very unprofessional. We stayed in the flat while it was cleaned and had no privacy at all for a few hours. They should have at least let us know in advance and offer some kind of reimbursement. This is no way to greet guests.

La distribución, la cocina, la calle donde esta ubicado…
La ducha, falta de presión del agua en los dos baños y cocina. Muy difícil controlar el agua para ducharse, se apaga el calentador. Salir a las 10h del apartamento lo encuentro excesivo, a las 12h como en todos los hoteles seria lo adecuado puesto que la entrada chek-in es a las 15h.

Absolutely amazing apartment next door to Porta Romana. It had everything we needed.
We could’ve done with a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper.
