Disconforme
Apartamento amplio. Buen colchon y buenas almohadas
La cocina no funcionaba. No habia con que calentar agua. No funcionaba el secador de pelo. El acondicionador de aire no enfria No tiene caja fuerte el juego de llaves confunde ya que hay 4 y funcionan solo 2 El check in on line condicion previa es engorroso y exigen la firma de un contrato a mi juicio fuera de termino ya que es imposible leerlo en el celular 24 has antes de acceder a la propiedad y estando de viaje como fue mi condicion. Lo tendrian que enviar cuando uno hace la reserva creo. Y ademas cobran los impuestos municipales 24-48 hs previas al arribo. Que no corresponde. Ya que si por causa fortuita uno no llega a Milan no tiene porque pagarlo. Que ademas lo creo excesivo en su valor. Y hayvarios detalles mas negativos como ser la falta de identificacion de las personas que se presentan como “equipo” cuando contestan una inquietud. Lo quehace que mi puntaje sea negativo para esta propiedad.

Chuveiro direciona para fora do box quando aumenta o volume de água. Internet não funcionou durante a estadia. Travesseiros sem capa e com aspecto sujo.

Great place for a short stay, longer stay, not so much!
It’s five stars for a short stay. Walking distance to Milano Centrale train station and good restaurants in the area. The apartment has full kitchen, a real refrigerator and a combination washer/dryer that we took advantage of.
Service is terrible. No one checked on us during our stay. We stayed for a full week and ran out of toilet paper and toiletries midweek. We used the same towels for a week. We called and texted the management. They acknowledged our texts and did nothing. Our calls went unanswered. We finally spotted a late night bodega and bought our own toilet paper.
