    Apartment in central Milan

    Central location, felt safe. As other reviews have said, it can get a little noisy outside during the evenings but you can always wear ear plugs! Shops, tram and metro nearby. Several supermarkets just a few minutes walk away, you won't go hungry or thirsty!

    Maybe the below is nit picking but I think it's important to mention. In fairness, I didn't contact the host during the stay, so maybe some of the issues could have been resolved during our stay. Bathroom - Bathroom fan not working. Had to be careful with taps being in the middle of the bath length and, when showering, the water could leak onto the floor as the seal along the shower screen needed to be longer. As the taps were in the middle of the bath length, it was difficult to take a bath as you would either hit your back on the silver knob for draining/filling up the bath. If you sat at the sloping end, you would catch your arm on the shower attachment. Bath is very narrow and difficult to get out of. Grab rails and repositioning of taps would be a good idea, especially if you were an older person or child. Kitchen area - No tea cloth for drying up or washing-up bowl provided. No plug for kitchen sink. We had to purchase washing up liquid, as 1 sachet supplied and 1 dishwasher tablet supplied, for our 4 night stay. No spare yellow bags to line recycling boxes and no instructions as to what to do with the trash/rubbish. Three forks in drawer and not enough glasses for juice, etc. There were plenty of plates and bowls. No oven gloves. The toaster doesn't work properly and kept tripping the electrics. It didn’t stay pushed down unless you held it. The fuse box is between the 2 front doors. Lounge Area - A 2-seater sofa plus single easy chairs. TV was tiny, about a 14" screen, with only Italian channels available and subtitles not working! Netflix not available as described - as we had a different remote control to the one advertised via the QR code. A paper copy of the information would be helpful, in case you don’t have a smart phone or just prefer reading things on paper! Bedrooms - No instructions for window blinds. A bedroom wardrobe was padlocked, and another of the wardrobe doors didn't shut properly.

    Goede ligging, ordelijk en netjes. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf.

    Te weinig verduistering in de kamers. Eerder kleine bedden.
