  ✨ We had a wonderful stay with the EasyTop team – very professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything felt smooth and well-organized. 📍 The location is perfect, right in the heart of Chinatown and only 5–10 minutes to the tram stop. 😴 Our apartment faced the courtyard (not the street), so it was quiet and comfortable for sleep. The building has an elevator, and being on a lower floor made it convenient. 🔧 A small issue with the fan was quickly fixed, and the team was always responsive and helpful with any questions. Check-in and check-out were easy. 🎂 This stay was extra special as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday – everything turned out beautifully. 🍳 Kitchen facilities are enough for cooking (stove, oven, kettle, utensils). No microwave, but it wasn’t a problem. 🙏 Overall, a great experience – we’re very grateful and will definitely come back! 🙏🏻🌸🌸

  pity Only small downside: early check-out at 10 AM and a bit late check-in from 4 PM. abit early check out but its also acceptable😊🌸

  Comodísimo y precioso apartamento

  Es un apartamento nuevísimo, limpísimo y precioso. A 30 min andando del centro y con tranvías que paran en la puerta con mucha frecuencia. Y la estación de tren a 15 min. andando. Las instalaciones son tal y como se ven en la foto y es comodísimo. Una cama excepcional. Ideal para 2/4 días. Si te alojas más, también muy bien pero tiene algunas cositas que podrían mejorarlo aún más. La ubicación en el “Chinatown” de Milán enriquece la estancia ya que es un barrio con mucho ambiente, restaurantes, bares, tiendas, etc.

  No es queja, solo información y posibles mejoras. Necesitaría una tostadora y un microondas. Y si vas para una estancia algo larga, el menaje de cocina se queda algo corto. Al igual que los productos de aseo que dice el anuncio que proporcionan que son un sobre de gel por persona y ya. Insisto, no es queja es solo para que cuentes con ello, de verdad que es un alojamiento excepcional.
