Wonderful Rome base
This apartment was a great base for our time in Rome. The facilities were clean, easy to use and the space of the apartment was very spacious. The proximity to the major tourist spots was walkable and you are near a lovely piazza that had wonderful restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. The apartment was very quiet even though it is in the heart of Rome. The bed was fine but the foam mattress was very hot to sleep on even though the A/C worked well.
Accessing the apartment was very difficult and frustrating as it was through an app to initially unlock the front door and then you could access the keys from a lock box. This would have been fine but the building has very poor reception and so when we contacted the company we couldn't speak to them as our phone kept cutting out. Would have been a lot easier if they just had a lock box outside the apartment building. In our time staying there, other people had the same issue.

Mooie locatie
Prima locatie, we kwamen vroeg aan en konden al meteen inchecken,; heel fijn. Kleine probleempjes werden snel opgelost.
Geen keukenhanddoeken, wc blijft doorlopen.

Correcta pero podria mejorarse
La ubicación es excelente pero si vas en familia: 2o piso sin ascensor y no entra el carro por la puerta. Solo dan 1 sobre de detergente para platos y 1 bolsa de basura. Inexistencia de trapos. El colchón deberia cambiarse. No hay puerta entre el comedor y la habitación, y solo hay persiana en el dormitorio.
Ojo familias! 2o piso sin ascensor y no entra el carro por la puerta. Solo dan 1 sobre de detergente para platos y 1 bolsa de basura. Inexistencia de trapos. El colchón deberia cambiarse. No hay puerta entre el comedor y la habitación, y solo hay persiana en el dormitorio.

Splendido appartamento vicino a Castel S. Angelo
Tutto molto positivo, a cominciare dall'appartamento ampio e confortevole, dalla gentilezza della signora che ha gestito la prenotazione, dalla pulizia, dalla posizione nella città.
Pochi gli aspetti negativi, in parte risolti con prontezza, in parte marginali.
