Het gekozen appartement was nog bezet
We hadden dit appartement geboekt, maar toen we er aankwamen en na hele ingewikkelde incheck procedure de deur naar het appartement elektronisch opende zaten er nog andere gasten in!! Dit is me via booking nog nooit overkomen!!! Uiteindelijk hebben ze wel ander appartement voor ons geregeld, niet ver maar wel minder mooi en minder goed gelegen. Daarop hebben we wel korting gekregen.
EasyTopStay heeft àlles geautomatiseerd maar het werkt niet goed. Je moet eindeloze registratieformulieren invullen. Dan volgt er heel veel digitale communicatie en een extreem ingewikkelde instructie om binnen te komen.

Appartement très bien situé et spacieux
Système de clé électronique qui ne fonctionne pas bien, canapé lit très inconfortable, clim extrêmement bruyante, pas de produit de base dans la cuisine et aucun ustensile.

Smestaj je odlican, samo bih poradila na complimentary za goste.
Lokacija je fantasticna, u samom centru i u blizini glavnih atrakcija. Smestaj je komforan, dosta dobro opremljen. Zgrada je bezbedna, uredjena u blizini parka. Poseduje parking sto je velika prednost.
S obzirom da smo stigli u 10 h u grad, nismo mogli da udjemo u smestaj pre 16 h sto je zaista bilo jako naporno. Vlasnici su izasli u susret da samo ostavimo stvari. Ono sto je glavna zamerka jeste sto u letnjem peridu na visokim temperaturama, smestaj koji nije jeftin u frizieru nema ni jednu jedinu flasu vode za goste. Takodje, kuhinja je opremljena aparatima za kafu ali nema kafe ni ampula (cak ni za dobrodoslicu) samo jedna spavaca soba pa ukoliko je vise osoba (nas je bilo 4) neko ce spavati u dnevnoj sobi+trpezariji. u
