  Bon emplacement mais clim pas au niveau

  Excellent emplacement, à moins de 20 minutes de la plupart des monuments et attractions de la ville. Appartement spacieux et bien décoré, visuellement agréable.

  La clim n'était pas au niveau par rapport à la chaleur extérieure. Nous avions du mal à nous rafraîchir dans le salon et il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Je précise que le séjour était en Août. L'insonorisation de la chambre est mauvaise, on entends tout ce que font les voisins du dessus. Un peu difficile de se reposer une fois rentré, c'est un vrai problème quand on est supposé être en vacances. En termes d'équipement, il y'a peu de choses pour cuisiner et c'est bien dommage. Le choix d'un appartement se fait avec l'objectif de cuisiner plutôt que d'acheter à manger à l'extérieur, et l'équipement n'incite pas à cela.

  El mejor sitio si vas a Milán

  El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, en un barrio tranquilo, céntrico y con muchas posibilidades. Estaba todo muy limpio y es bastante amplio, además de que tienen todo tipo de accesorios, como lavadora, plancha, tendedero, aspiradora, escoba, fregona, fuegos en la cocina, frigorífico y horno. Está todo muy bien cuidado. Totalmente recomendable.

  Do not book this placw

  Very different from what we expected. The suite was extremely disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The bed had visible stains, and it appeared the room had not been properly cleaned or prepared after the previous guests. We left immediately after seeing the condition of the room. The building itself was also poorly maintained, with a dirty stairwell, which added to the overall negative impression. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and rude when we raised the issue. After we left due to the unacceptable condition of the accommodation, the host stopped responding to us and we never received a refund. No solution or fair compensation was offered despite the inconvenience and the amount of time wasted during our short two-day stay in Milan. We also contacted Booking.com for support, but unfortunately they did not take responsibility or provide meaningful assistance in helping us resolve the issue or recover our money. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The accommodation, customer service, and handling of the situation were far below what we expected.
