Tolle Lage, Unterkunft okay, Kundenservice so gut wie gar nicht vorhanden
Tolle Lage, direkt am Vatikan.
Die Schließanlage ist sehr kompliziert. Ins Haus komnt jeder (Fremde), weil man nur auf den Klingelknopf drückt, dann geht die Haustür auf. Die Wohnungstür ist dagegen sehr umständlich zu öffnen. Am nächsten Tag stand aber plötzlich eine Person in der Wohnung, die gleich wieder verschwand, als sie gesehen hat, dass jemand drin ist. Lt. Vermieter kann das aber nicht sein. Es war aber so. Wie ist das bei einem angeblich persönlichen Code möglich? Eigentlich hätten wir eine neuen Code erwartet, aber der Vermieter hat uns ja nicht mal geglaubt! Ab dem 2. Tag (Freitag) war auch niemand mehr erreichbar. Das WLAN Passwort haben wir auch nach mehrmaligen Anfragen nicht erhalten. Es kam nicht einmal eine Antwort. Ich habe sowas tatsächlich noch nie erlebt! In einem der Zimmer war Schimmel an der Wand wie auch im Bad. Die Dusche bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Wenn man Glück hat, einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus zu ergattern, ist er sehr günstig oder sogar kostenlos. Sind aber nur wenige. Bewachte Parkplätze sind sehr weit weg und tagsüber geschlossen. Man kann das Auto dann auch nicht holen. Nie wieder diese Unterkunft!

Okay, men ….
Gode senge så man var dejlig veludhvilet til at udforske byen. Få meter fra Skt. Peterskirken, plus en bus der gik lige rundt om hjørnet så man nemt kunne komme rundt i resten af byen.
Virkelig træls låsesystem! Man skulle virkelig bruge mange krafter på at få døren op, de første par gange tog det os 20-30 min. at få døren op!! Sparsomt med service i lejligheden, så hvis vi havde været 4 afsted (som der er sengepladser til), ville en ikke kunne få service. Desuden er vaskemaskinen i stykker, så selvom det lykkedes at få den tændt skulle vi kæmpe for at få den åbnet igen.
