    It’s a shame as the photos make it look so good. Tiny rooms. At least I can put my feet up on the bed whilst sitting on

    Cleaner was very thorough. There’s a statue of a giraffe zebra in the entrance.

    You are just a number to the hotel in a high turnover establishment. It seems like purely a money grabbing exercise from the moment you see the place. No amenities in the rooms… you have to purchase them. No refunds or even partial refunds for booking amendments. They don’t offer any sort of refund and have no personal empathy other than to forward over the terms and conditions. There are no refundable options when booking. Bare this in mind! The hotel is shared with a busy food hall and restaurants, meaning you are constantly fighting with the sheer number of people in and around the hotel that aren’t staying there. Rooms are tiny, even for HK standards. Beds not very comfortable. Tv is outdated and almost unusable.
