    Potentially great but not our experience.

    The Echoes hotel is high class. The meal next door was amazing.

    Sadly, the evening we stayed was very wet and foggy so there was no views that evening or the next day. Deciding to use the pool we discovered it was next door in another group hotel. There were NO changing facilities at the pool so we were expected to put on our bedroom robes and walk over in the rain then walk back later when wet. The only other option was to get changed in a small toilet which was very poor. Also, the restaurant was closed and we were told we were eating next door. If it wasn’t raining and we spent the day looking at the views we would have nothing to complain about but on a wet and foggy day the facilities were lacking. Not what you expect for a high price hotel.

    Truly, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for and that’s what we got! 5 Stars

    The service was 11 out of 10. The boys upstairs in the evening for dinner, GAME OVER! Best two blokes I’ve ever had serve us in 30 plus years. Arguably the best service you can find. Truly happy with everything from start to finish.

    Wonderful views, warm fires and excellent meals

    Beautiful setting with an amazing view down the valley. Lovely set of restaurants on or next to the property made dining easy.
