  J’ai pris la chambre studio sans balcon, de 40m2. C’est un studio qui était vraiment bien, parfaitement agencé et parfait pour un petit séjour si on veut être un peu confort. Le personnel est très réactif en cas de besoin etc. Le ménage est passé pendant notre séjour si on reste longtemps pour s’assurer de la propreté de notre studio. Il y a beaucoup de bon endroits à côté ! Endroit très safe, et près de tout ce dont on a besoin, je recommande directement !

  Attention, le grand studio (cuisine séparé et sans balcon) est au rez de chaussée. Il y a donc moins d’intimité si vous laissez le rideau de la cuisine ouvert. La pièce de laissez machine n’est pas bien isolée, donc en cas de grosse pluie le bruit est assez agaçant (le toit de la pièce est en plastique donc les grosses goutes s’entendent beaucoup)

  Love the location! There are lots of cute cafés and restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven just a minute's walk away. It's also very easy to get around from here. The host is very friendly and helpful, which made the stay nice.

  I feel the property could use some maintenance and refreshing. It's still a nice place to stay, but a little more attention to t would make a big difference. Another point was that card payments weren't accepted on my day of arrival due to technical issues , so I had to pay in cash instead. Something to keep in mind when staying here.

  Nice property but building renovation next door was noisy

  This was not the property’s fault. There was construction on the building next door and I had chosen a quiet area to recover after surgery. Instead I woke to jack hammering as I was on ground level. So they moved me after a week for 10 days to a little room upstairs but didn’t offer any refund for the cheaper room.

  Also the owner decided it was acceptable to park there car in front of the main entrance for 3 days, so guests had to use the garage entry. I felt that this was disrespectful to the guests.

  Ich bin jetzt zum 2. in diese Unterkunft wegen gute Lage und Probleme wurden schnell behoben. Service immer erreichbar.
