Gentilezza e vista incredibile!
Hotel con posizione ottima per visitare le piramidi e con una vista spettacolare!! La cosa che c'è piaciuta di più è stata sicuramente lo staff che dal primo momento fino al drop off in areoporto ha assecondato ogni nostra necessità, se non di piu. All'arrivo ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito della stanza, dandoci una bella stanza con vista sulle piramidi. La stanza era ben arredata e dotata di tutte le comodità, abbiamo anche dormito benissimo (nonostante i tipici rumori della città!!). Mahmoud in particolare si è messo a nostra completa disposizione, organizzando/fornendo per noi spostamenti di alcun genere. Alla fine del nostro soggiorno ci ha anche dato dei papiri come cadeau. Grazie a lui il nostro soggiorno a Giza/Cairo si è sicuramente semplificato perchè ci siamo sentiti in ottime mani!
Gli ambienti dell'hotel sembravano un po' datati e rovinati, soprattutto il bagno della nostra camera.

Y avait pas grand problème seulement que le wi-fi venait pas dans ma chambre, mais tout est parfait c’est très gentil. Merci beaucoup. Al’équipe.

La proximité et vue sur les pyramides de la terrasse. Personnel très serviable. Un clin d'œil à notre chef Ali, toujours prêt à nous servir. Un grand merci à tout le personnel.

Hände weg! Nicht zu empfehlen!
Direkter Ausblick auf die Pyramiden, Nähe zu den Pyramiden und zum ägyptischen Museum, kostenloses Wasser auf den Zimmern
Das Frühstück war für deutsche Verhältnisse miserabel. Es gab kalte Pommes, trocknes Fladenbrot, Joghurt,Marmelade,Käse,eine Sorte Aufschnitt und 1 Spiegelei.das zweite Spiegelei war kostenpflichtig. Kaffee und kakao waren ungenießbar. Im ersten Zimmer war der Boiler defekt und undicht und das Wasser war kalt. Nach dem Zimmerwechsel war das Wasser warm aber der Boiler trotzdem undicht. Die Zimmer sind eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Am Abreisetag war das Zimmer mit der Schlüsselkarte nicht mehr zu öffnen. Das Ergebnis der miserablen Versorgung war eine Durchfallerkrankung
