    Stayed here for a total of 7nights. Anh and Trong at the reception always greeted us with a smile each time we went pas

    Friendly staff, clean nice rooms, cold a/c and great location. Stayed 4 nights initially and when we returned to Hanoi we stayed here again!

    Nothing to dislike.

    Payed for a “City View” only to find a tiny window showing virtually nothing. No bed side lamps only bright white lights like a hospital. Shampoo and body wash weren’t labelled so I had no idea what I was washing with. Room was big but it felt extremely empty, just a big empty space between the bed and wardrobe. Not worth 1.2 million a night at all. Very disappointed in the room. Won’t be returning again.
