A little oasis in the middle of Florence
Wonderful spacious and modern. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, a little oasis! Lovely balcony. But still steps from all the action in Florence.
Checking in to grab the keys at a different location although we did get assistance with our bags which was greatly appreciated.

Unprofessional！
Location
The location of this hotel is quite good, but its service quality does not justify its price at all. Except for the lady who helped me check in yesterday, I have significant issues with the service here. First, the bed linens in this hotel are definitely not clean, which caused an allergic reaction on my skin, resulting in many bumps. I’ve stayed in many places across Europe and have never encountered such a situation before. Second, the air conditioning in the hotel is faulty. Florence is already getting cold in October, but the air conditioning cannot provide heat. I messaged the hotel about this, but they did not respond to my concern. Third, the hotel staff were impolite in their communication. They sent me a message, and when I didn’t see it, they copied their previous message and added a standalone "?" in front of it. This is extremely rude and disrespectful behavior toward a guest. I don’t know how your staff training is conducted. Is it acceptable to send a "?" directly to a guest? When I pointed out the problem, they ignored it and offered no apology. I will definitely not choose your hotel again when I come to Florence in the future, and I will also advise my friends against staying here. It’s utterly disrespectful.
