A solid, safe, comfortable, reasonably priced option in an overbuilt tourist area.
Good price and location in an overbuilt tourist area
Facilities were solid, though the walls were thin enough that I knew that my next-door neighbor left their TV on all night. When the HVAC system kicked in in my room, that drowned out the TV enough that I could sleep.

Comfortable and clean. Will stay again.
Everything was clean and we got the room with three beds to fit all of us well.
The only things I did not care for was the inability to have a microwave in the room and the breakfast really wasn’t anything to rave about. Very few options. Ended up having to go out for breakfast. So, if you’re looking at the breakfast option as a perk, don’t get your hopes up.
