    I liked the availability and no.hassle check.in process. Also the location to my destination was perfect. The room was comfortable and bathroom was really clean.

    The temperature of the building and room was too warm when we arrived.

    Zero star if possible

    The front desk treated me badly. I booked and paid online but when I checked in I was treated like a con artist thief, I had receipt, confirmation number but kept insisting I had to pay , I would have left but all was not refundable. The breakfast was cold cereal and a banana. I wanted clean towels and ask for new clean towels later in day, was treated again like a thief trying to steal towels. Front desk clerk made me exchange 1 towel for another. Property was clean, quiet and I felt safe but would not ever stay here again.
