Great location but bad service
Great location! And also the size and setup of the rooms were nice.
We had a leak in the bathroom and with my 70 year old mom that was a dangerous situation. So late at night we moved all our stuff to another room that was empty. I reported it to the owner and they were supposed to take care of it the next morning. This never happened during our stay and I didn’t get any apologies. We could stay in the other room but apologies would be appreciated and also the question what we would have preferred.

Great location and value for money!
It’s clean and tidy, room is small but has everything needed. There was even a little compliment of coffee and sweets :) Hosts are very attentive!
Balcony could be improved. Yes, it’s small and it faces the inner courtyard of the building, but it could be more comfortable. One thing to note (but we knew this already from other comments) is that city tax is not included and you’ll need to pay on spot. Booking.com info is a bit misleading
