  Extraordinary experience and the best choice in Kazbegi.

  We had a very good time staying in this extraordinary cottage. With a clear view of the St. Trinity Church right in the attic, it provides perhaps the best scenery among similar cottages in that area. And it is equipped with nearly everything you need and each device inside is quite new and clean and works perfectly. The first time we entered the yard, we were amazed by how beautifully it is designed and built up to every detail. It really makes you feel at home - a well equipped and decorated home. And the landlord is so nice and always eager to help. We really appreciate that.

  New and clean property but very bad experience from the host

  The property is very new, clean and in a very good location. I have no issues with the property except it is not as private as you see from the pictures since it is in the middle of the town.

  We usually leave positive reviews because we believe that we should support good businesses. This time we are writing out of great frustration. The housing unit itself is clean, new and well-invested – there is no doubt that the place is beautiful and well-kept. However, our personal experience was very difficult. We arrived at the unit, received the key and went to meet our adult children who are on a long trip and already were about a week in town. After dinner, we wanted the children to see our property before they returned to their own unit. We went inside, and suddenly a man entered with us without saying a word and started shouting. he thought the kids are coming to sleep without paying or something like that. The host arrived, refused to listen to our explanation, did not believe us, and finally kicked the children out shouting "Go Go Go!" The place itself not perfect but we can easily ignore technical things like the broken shower, the broken bin and the bathtub that takes hours to fill because the water flow is weak so we gave up on all of these. But a harsh, suspicious and humiliating attitude towards our family – we cannot ignore. It is a great shame, because the place itself could have been great. We ended up being in the propery from around 7PM to 9AM and just wanted to get out of there after not sleeping all night thinking the old man will come again. Zero privacy was the feeling we had.
