    nice area, misleading accommodation photos.

    The location was amazing, the apartment was spacious and had good facilities. very soon there will be no view however, as there is a new block being built straight between this place and the beach view.

    I was very disappointed about the listing information. Despite having lovely photos of the pool, it was not open and was undergoing renovation. This listing managed to have a photo saying there was noise from construction in the area but there was no upfront open comms about the pool area being closed for several months. A photo of the pool with the note that it was closed would have been nice. when looking at Booking.com on the phone app this information was hidden as a side note, when I complained to the property management company they said this was fully viewable on the booking website. Again blaming Booking.com is fine but who supplies them the photos.... beware, when using Booking.com use your computer to check the fine print! or in this case the extended documentation from the property management, that is hidden from view when on the app.

    Bitterly disappointing and a continued battle for compensation

    While there was a minimal view of the ocean- there was a maximum view of multiple construction sites.

    It was NOT clean, the couch, carpet and bed head in particular were grimy and filthy. The towels didn’t dry. While the agents were willing to send in steam cleaners, the apartment was damp and smelled already.
