    Other than a power cut issue the whole place was amazing.

    Close to everything and it was really nice

    The power cut left us stranded outside the property while our children were left alone inside for a long time. Because the electric entrance and access system were not working, no one could get in and no one could get out the building. This is extremely frightening and, more importantly, a serious safety concern. What would happen if there were a fire or another emergency and we were unable to get inside to reach our children, or unable to escape the property? A power cut should never leave residents trapped in or out of their own property. There needs to be a safe emergency override or alternative means of access. This situation was incredibly worrying, and I hope it is taken seriously and addressed urgently.

    Suprise engagement and birthday

    We got stuck in the lift and pressed alarm and then every floor but no move then panic struck after 10-15 min and my son had to force open the door we had a step to get out with baby buggy and a lady with a new replacement hip when we got back we had 4 flights of stairs and they were stranded for over 24 hrs in apartment very disappointed but Olivia did everything she could for us to make out 4 days special

    We had a great home base to explore Andalusia for 4 weeks

    It was exactly as described and was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and it is on the walking promenade with no traffic going by. Olivia supplies so much information about the property and the area it makes it a very simple stressless experience.
