The staff were wonderful, I did need to extend our checkout time which they easily accommodated (at a small, expected, cost). The hotel was in a location close to great food options, and not too busy, and was within walking distance to the main areas of Sapa. I am glad to have chosen a low-rise hotel, especially after spending time in Sapa and seeing how much infrastructure is taking over the town and rice fields.
The hotel is ready for a refresh, especially in the bathrooms. We did utilize the hotel's laundry service, which turned out to be the most expensive of our trip, especially when doing 10kg, but the service was very efficient and we were grateful not to have to carry our laundry to a laundromat.
