    O experiență turistică DEPLORABILĂ!

    Din păcate Eden by the mountain ne-a oferit cea mai mare dezamăgire weekendul trecut. Am avut făcută rezervare la ei cu anticipație de o lună, achitată pentru 2 nopți, iar în ziua check-inului, la 13:30, când eram pe drum, ne-au ANULAT rezervarea, dând vina de Booking.com. Cei de la Booking ne-au confirmat că în realitate cererea de anulare a fost inițiată de proprietate; Booking nu anulează rezervări de capul lor! Am tot incercat să luăm legătura cu Eden by the mountain la nr. de telefon de pe site, dar nu au binevoit să răspundă, sună mereu ocupat. Ne-au lăsat baltă fără nici o explicație! Așa comportament turistic nesimțit nu am mai întâlnit, s-a văzut lipsa de caracter și de seriozitate în cel mai josnic și deplorabil mod posibil. EVITAȚI cu orice preț Eden by the mountain pentru a nu fi lăsați în aer și a vă strica sejurul în Bran! Astfel de proprietăți de cazare nu merită să existe, nu fac cinste ospitalității caracteristice zonelor rurale din România. Le doresc falimentul cât mai grabnic!

    The location is perfect for enjoying the beauty and tranquility of the mountains. The views are absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. A perfect place for a relaxing getaway in the mountains. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
