A Beautiful Apartment with Everything You Need

A beautiful apartment on the 27th floor, equipped with everything you could possibly need, even for a longer stay. We were welcomed with complimentary water, crisps, muffins, tea and more. We really appreciated the host’s attention to detail and all the extra thoughtful touches, such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, salt, pepper and many other essentials that made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The underground parking was absolutely perfect. Anyone familiar with staying in a city knows how difficult parking can be, so having convenient underground parking was a real bonus. The only issue we experienced occurred at the beginning of our stay, when the apartment door-opening system failed. However, the host acted very quickly and resolved the situation with the help of the building’s security team. The host also apologised several times for the initial inconvenience, even though it was beyond their control and was not their fault. During our stay, they checked whether we had experienced any further problems or needed help with anything. This was a great example of professionalism and genuine care for guests. We really appreciated the host’s attentiveness and concern for our comfort throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to other guests. Despite the initial issue, everything else was excellent, and the host’s professional and thoughtful approach made a very positive impression on us.

The only downside was a temporary issue with the apartment door-opening system upon arrival, which the host resolved very quickly.

La localización es perfecta para viaje así como el estado del piso y su limpieza.

El único pero el ruido del puerto pero las ventanas son muy buenas
