    The Property needed some maintenance. Which resulted in the key lock no longer working when we returned to the property. Thus some of our party was locked for over 2 hours.Once we made a call a new master cod3 was issued. The pre arrival app link did not work for us in the UK or when we arrived on the Island. We requested late check out, 5 phone calls several text messages, only to be told we could not leave 2hours past the normal check out time. Even when luggage collection was at 11:00am one hour past the check out time. We need3d to leave our luggage un attended in 5he property and leave.
