    Not worth the hassle of the sketchy financial transactions.

    Location was good. Easy access to 3 different tube stations.

    I didn’t like that I had to hassle staff and Booking.com to get a refund of my deposit for nearly a month after the deposit was promised to be returned. I didn’t like that the baseboard in the kitchen fell over every time we used the washer, revealing mouse traps containing mouse remains. I appreciated that they attempted to offset the heat wave with condensation AC units, but they rigged them up to a plastic bucket that was cracked, so we were constantly dumping this ratchet broken bucket and using every towel in the place for water overflow.

    The location of this flat was excellent. It was only a 5-minute walk to the metro station and the supermarket. It was very quiet, and it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

    The only issue was that the dishwasher needed servicing—it had an unpleasant smell, didn’t clean the dishes properly, and didn’t dry them at all.
